Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

• items must be unused
• returned in original condition
• include original packaging, accessories, dust bag, lock and key

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All returns must be sent back to our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team:

• reason for return
• photos if applicable
• The return of goods is the responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs. Any refund issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. The original shipping charge paid by the Seller will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund in accordance with our returns policy.
